Chichester Man Indicted On 10 Child Sexual Abuse Image Charges: Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jimmy Ismeal Good, 33, of Lorchris Street in Leominster, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on April 26, 2021, in Concord.

Elijah E. Gross, 44, of Thorndike Street in Concord on a felony violation of protective order; child protection act. He was accused of violating a protective order by entering a home in Warner on July 8 after being convicted in Concord District Court in November 2017 on a similar charge.

Travis Hattey, 27, of Buena Vista Place in Springfield, Vermont, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a Kahr Arms CW 9 firearm on March 17 in Newbury after being convicted on a felony receiving stolen property charge in Cheshire County Superior Court in March 2017.

Becky Hewes, 38, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on three felony possession of controlled drug, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and buprenorphine, charges in Bow on March 4.

Melissa St. Hilaire, 41, of Sylvan Drive in Dover on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on North Main Street in Concord on April 8 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

James Hrinchuk, 50, of Main Street in Chichester on 10 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing illegal photos and videos between March 22, 2021, and Jan. 27 in Chichester.

Tony Huckins, 32, of River Street in Franklin on a felony possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl and meth mix, charge on Feb. 16 in Franklin.

Gregory D. Irving, 28, of South Robinson Street in Baltimore, Maryland, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Bow on May 19.

Jason Johnson, 31, of Monroe Avenue in Allenstown on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, fentanyl, charge on March 8 in Allenstown.

Eric Joyce, 47, of Newport Road in New London on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck at another man in the area of Route 106 in Loudon on May 15, requiring the man to jump out of the way of the truck.
