Accused Concord Meth Dealer Indicted On 8 Counts: Court Roundup

Pembroke man indicted on aggravated DUI charge; elderly woman indicted on Penacook habitual offender charge; prisoner indicted on assault.

CONCORD, NH — The following people have been indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Danielle Seybold, 41, of Grove Street in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing more than $1,000 from the Common Man General Store in Hooksett between Sept. 8, 2018, and March 2, 2019.

Steven C. Shelby, 29, of Epsom, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony receiving stolen property charges. On June 27, he's accused of retaining a 2003 Toyota Tacoma, owned by another man, in Andover.

Waldemar Sint, 34, of Old Warner Road in Bradford, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on June 14, in Danbury. At the time, according to the indictment, he was out on bail from Merrimack County Superior Court.

Robert P. Smigliani, 53, of Glass Street in Pembroke, on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He's accused of being under the influence of drugs and causing a collision on I-89 in Warner on Jan. 5.

Kehley M. Smith, 29, pictured left, of Loudon Road in Concord, on five counts of sale of a controlled drug-meth-subsequent, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-meth, fentanyl-subsequent, and a felon in possession of an electronic defense weapon-Mace stun gun, all felonies. The possession and weapon charges stem from incidents on June 22, in Concord. The sale charges stem from incidents on Feb. 20, March 12, March 22, March 26, and March 29, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2010.

Justin Sorrenty, 36, homeless, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and meth mix on June 19, in Concord.

Carolann Steeves, 24, right, of Kimball Street in Manchester, on a possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine charge on June 5, in Hooksett.

Sylvia Stokes, 79, of West River Road in Hooksett, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge on May 30, on Village Street in Penacook.

Ryan Sullivan, 24, center, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on assault by prisoners and delivery of articles prohibited charges. On June 24, while inside the Merrimack County House of Corrections, he's accused of assaulting a corrections officer. Two days later, Sullivan was accused of being in possession of buprenorphine.

Clayton Svenberg, 27, of Charles Street in Concord, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl on May 26, in Concord.
