Concord Man Arrested On Strangulation, Other Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Robert Peter Clifford, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on May 29 on stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Herbert Street.

Rudy Mycerinos Duncan Jr., born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on May 26 on driving under the influence and speeding-11 to 15 mph over the limit of 55 or less charges. He was arrested at 100 Loudon Road.

Hunter Drew, 21, of Concord was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on May 26 on second-degree assault, strangulation and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies, as well as simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident on Village Street in Penaook.

William Gordon Cavataio, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 1:57 p.m. on May 15 on a warrant after an incident on North Main Street.

Romeo Alex Climons, born 2001, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:06 a.m. on May 24 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Lyndon Street.

Nicholas Fletcher, 22, of Pittsfield was arrested on a warrant and two bench warrants at 4:51 a.m. on May 23 after an incident on Basin Street. He was accused of a violation of probation on May 13 on a drug conviction in 2021. A warrant was issued for his arrest. Fletcher was held on $7,500 cash bail.

Cynthia D. Saxon Hoffman, 58, of Concord was cited at 1:33 p.m. on May 21 on criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges after an incident on Pierce Street.

Rickie Mike Stone Jr., 53, of Franklin was arrested at 2:17 p.m. on May 20 on driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated-second offense charges after an incident on 1 Whitney Road.

Bryce M. Hardy, born 1963, of Billerica, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on May 16 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident at The Hotel Concord on South Main Street.

Stephen Jacoby Jr., 31, of Franklin was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on May 15 on driving after revocation or suspension and operating without a valid license charges after an incident at 557 N. State St.
