Concord Man Arrested On Trespass, Resisting Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — David J. Florence, year of birth 1976, pictured, of Concord, was arrested at 9 a.m. on Dec. 14, 2017, for criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the South End.

Richard Fillds, year of birth 1965, of Concord, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2017, for simple assault and resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident in the State and Warren streets area of the city.

William J. Milardo, year of birth 1963, of Russell Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2017, for duty to report, a bench warrant, and another warrant.

Dylan J. Smith, year of birth 1996, of Old Center Road in Deerfield, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2017, for criminal threatening-use of a deadly weapons, criminal mischief-vandalism, and carry/sell weapons (switchblades, etc.). He was arrested after an alleged incident on Thorndike Street.

Isaiah J. Witham, year of birth 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief-vandalism after an alleged incident in the North End.

Jonathan H. George, year of birth 1986, of Foster Road in Loudon, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2017, for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest or detention. Also arrested was William G. Ellis, year of birth 1978, a homeless man now located in Concord, for conduct after an accident, disobeying an officer, and resisting arrest or detention. They were arrested after an alleged incident on Storrs Street near The Granite Group.

Jon W. Jolin, year of birth 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 3:35 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, obstructing report of crime or injury, and domestic violence-obstructing report of crime or injury after an alleged incident in the North End near Washington Street.

Logan Osgood, year of birth 1994, of Bear Hill Road in Loudon, received a summons at 2:50 p.m. on Dec. 4, 2017, for disturbing noises after an alleged incident on Washington Street in Penacook.
