Concord Man Indicted On Criminal Threat Charge: Court Doc

Man accused of strangling woman; sex offenders indicted on registration charges; man accused of dealing fentanyl; other drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Joshua Simmons, 31, of Loudon Road in Concord on two counts of second-degree assault and two counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence, all felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman on March 15 in Concord.

Michael J. Tremblay, 29, of Merrimack Street in Concord on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving in Concord on June 17 after being certified as a habitual offender.

Anestis Karathanasis, 43, of Branch Turnpike in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and methamphetamine charges on March 7.

Garry Quimby, 65, of Pleasant Street in Concord on two felony duty to report charges. He was accused of not informing Concord police of his change of vehicle on Feb. 17 and April 1. Quimby was convicted on a rape charge in August 1995 in Rockingham County.

Raymond Smith, 86, of South Street in Concord on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of not informing the police where he lived on March 23. He was convicted on a felonious sexual assault charge in February 1992.

Kevin Folsom, 32, of Grappone Drive in Concord on possession of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges, both felonies, on April 10 on White Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2020.

Kevin Hilton, 31, of Acorn Avenue in Auburn on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine and fentanyl charge on Oct. 20, 2020, in Hooksett.

Eric Lansil, 42, of Amherst Street in Manchester on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin or fentanyl and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing personal hygiene items from Target on Feb. 26 in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession of a controlled drug charge in June 2001 and theft charges in Hooksett District Court in January 2010 and Hillsborough County Superior Court North in May 2009.

Barbara Sefton, 65, of Morgan Drive in Plymouth on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felony charges, on Dec. 8, 2020, in Hooksett.

Alexis Martinez, 37, of Broadway in Pembroke on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-ketamine charge on Oct. 23, 2020, in Hooksett.

Laurie MacLellan, 57, of Hanover Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Aug. 15, 2020, in Hooksett.

Felisha M. Dion, 32, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 23.

Sheree C. Fournier, 28, of Carriage Lane in Hopkinton on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and meth and tramadol charges on Dec. 15, 2020, in Henniker.
