Laconia Man Fails To Appear On First-Degree Assault Charge: Log

Plus: Concord burglary suspect also fails to appear; sex offender arrested again on registration charge; Penacook woman charged with DWI.

CONCORD, NH — Ozzy D. Arsenault, 34, of Laconia was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on July 6, 2021, on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident at the Manchester Street Laundromat on Manchester Street. Arsenault failed to appear in Belknap County Superior Court on June 28 for a hearing motion on first- and second-degree assault charges from February 2018 out of Laconia.

Tabatha Lynn Braley, 42, of Concord was arrested at 4:38 p.m. on July 4 on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident on Manchester Street. Braley failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on June 25 for an arraignment on two felony controlled drug act charges out of Hooksett from September 2020 and five felony controlled drug act charges out of Concord from July 2020.

Donald Elbert Jewell, born 1961, of Concord was arrested at 11:58 a.m. on July 3 on disobeying an officer and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Clinton Street.

Seth Griffiths Beyer, 25, of Concord was arrested at 3:56 p.m. on June 29 on a warrant after an incident on Garvins Falls Road. He failed to appear in superior court on a burglary arraignment out of Concord on June 17. Beyer is due back in court on Aug. 24.

Larz Raymond Menard, 22, of Concord was arrested at 1:39 p.m. on June 28 on a warrant after an incident on Poplar Avenue as well as a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street. He is due in superior court for arraignment on Aug. 12.

Roy J. Aikens, 58, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on a criminal trespass charge at 7:36 p.m. on June 27. Police were sent to CVS on Hall Street for a report of a man who would not leave the store. An employee stated she believed the man had previously been trespassed from the store. The reporting officer spoke to a man matching the description of the man outside the store. The man, Aikens, was accused of telling the officer he had been using methamphetamine, had nowhere to go, needed to get his life in order, and wanted to be arrested and taken to jail. Dispatch confirmed Aikens had a no trespass order issued about a week before so the officer arrested him and took him straight to county.

Emily A. Fortin, born 1998, of Penacook was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on June 25 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Merrimack. Street in Penacook.

Corrin M. Waldo, born 1979, of South Portland, Maine, was arrested at 9:01 a.m. on June 15 on disobeying an officer and two driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested on the Interstate 93 south Exit 12 on-ramp.

Alexis Natasha Regan, 25, of Concord was arrested at 2:54 a.m. on June 14 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident at 47 Fisherville Road.

Trevor M. Partridge, 27, of Concord received a summons at 11 a.m. on June 12 on a bench warrant after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Mark Allen Harmon, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on June 10 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Rockingham Street.

Garry R. Quimby, 65, of Concord was arrested on a sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply felony charge at police headquarters at 5:19 p.m. on April. 18. Quimby is a sex offender due to aggravated felonious sexual assault (victim under 18), attempted sexual assault, and sexual assault charges out of Chatham from September 2001 with a conviction in January 2003, according to the state's sex offender registry and superior court documents.
