Drug Dealing, Other Indictments Issued In Merrimack County: Court

Plus: Man accused of burglary, second-degree assault indicted; Belmont man indicted on stolen property charges; habitual offenders indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Aaron M. Kashian, pictured upper right, 31, of Rimmons Street in Manchester on a felony habitual offender charge from Dec. 12, 2019, on Dover Road in Chichester.

Vernon Key, upper middle, 28, homeless in Concord on burglary and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He's accused of burglarizing a home and breaking and/or knocking out the resident's tooth during the incident.

Shayna Kinney, left middle, 36, of Manchester Street in Concord on two sale of fentanyl charges on Nov. 15, and Nov. 18, 2019, in Concord.

Jonathan H. Leblanc, 33, of Portsmouth Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Nov. 8, 2019, in Hooksett.

Sara Lovern, 33, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing booze from multiple New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlets between Sept. 1, and Nov. 30, 2019, in Hooksett and Pembroke.

Eric Mandigo, lower left, 38, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony sale of fentanyl-principal/accomplice charge. He's accused of working in concert and aided by Shayna Kinney to sell fentanyl on Manchester Street in Concord on Nov. 15, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 1, 2019.

Rodney J. Moody, lower middle, 50, homeless in Concord on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He's accused of failing to register his address with Concord police on Oct. 9, 2019. Moodywas convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault in Belknap County Superior Court in April 1998.

Rebecca Morrissette, 24, of Concord Street in Antrim on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges, all felonies, in Hopkinton on Sept. 11, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in August 2019.

Joanne Murray-Bowne, 50, of Heartwood Lane in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge from Dec. 3, 2019, in Concord.

Benjamin Stockwell, lower right, 29, of Lawrence Court in Belmont on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He's accused of retaining credit cards owned by another person in Bow on Aug. 29, and Sept. 6, 2019. He has previously been convicted on theft charges, according to the indictment.

Daniel J. Sullivan, 53, of Sterling Drive in Franklin on reckless conduct and driving after revocation or suspension charges, both felonies. He's accused of driving in a dangerous manner on Old South Main Street in Franklin on Sept. 25, 2019.

Mario Z. Talamas, 37, of South Main Street in Laconia on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing a watch valued at more than $1,500 on Oct. 7, 2019, in Franklin.

Michael J. Tremblay, center, 27, of Merrimack Street in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He's accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Hooksett on Oct. 31, 2019.
