Concord Men Face Stalking, Breach Of Bail Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Robert Pila Brooks, 40, of Concord was arrested at 8:07 p.m. on Aug. 14 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on West Street.

Kristen L. Macrae, 31, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 11:48 p.m. on Aug. 12 after an incident at the Durgin Block Garage on School Street. She was arrested after failing to appear at the arraignment of a felony controlled drug: acts prohibited charge out of Bow from May.

Joshua A. Brooks, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on Aug. 11 on a receiving stolen property, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Samantha P. Sulloway, 25, of Laconia was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Aug. 8 on a bench warrant after an incident at Rite Aid on Fort Eddy Road.

Christopher Dale Hughes, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on Aug. 1 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Allison Street.

Matthew W. Peters, 31, of Concord was cited at 5:38 p.m. on July 28 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on North State Street.

Justin Robert Comstock, born 1983, of Concord was cited at 6:40 p.m. on July 27 on a bench warrant after an incident at Fellowship House on Chesley Street.

Stephen H. Mattil, 78, of Bennington was arrested at 2:07 p.m. on July 26 on a false report of a motor vehicle accident after an incident in the Legislative Parking Garage on Storrs Street.

Thomas Hartwell, 60, of Newport was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on July 25 on driving under influence, driving after revocation or suspension, resisting arrest or detention, and open container charges after an incident on Rumford Street.

Jonathan A. Gregory, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on July 25 on an arrest without a warrant-domestic violence charge after an incident at the Concord Auction Center on Hall Street.

Alexis Natasha Regan, 26, of Concord was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on July 24 on three bench warrants. She was arrested after an incident on Break O Day Drive.
