Hooksett Man Indicted On Strangulation Charges: County Superior Court
Drug indictments from Concord, capital region; Weare man accused of stealing SUV; child rapist accused of failing to register with police.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Ryan Palmer, 39, of South Street in Concord or Warner on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Oct. 11, 2021, in Concord.

Tyler John Payne, 36, of Arthur Road in Weare on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused by police of obtaining or exercising control of a 2013 Honda CR-V belonging to another person in Hopkinton on July 5, 2021.

Alan Peterson, 43, of Park Street in Northfield on a felony distribution of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charge from Aug. 20, 2021, on Central Street in Franklin.
Brayand Ramos Torres, 22, of Cedar Street in Manchester on a felony acts prohibited, possession of a narcotic, fentanyl and acetyl fentanyl mix, charge on June 6, 2019, in Hooksett.
Alexis Regan, 26, of Alice Drive in Concord on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 5, 2021, in Bow.
Calvin Reyes Cueto, 39, of Glass Street in Pembroke on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused by police of throwing a knife onto the Main Street Bridge in Pembroke to impair an investigation on Dec. 12, 2021.
Tracey Lee Rhude, 54, of Buck Street in Pembroke on a felony possession of meth charge on Nov. 22, 2021, in Pembroke.
Maikol Rojas-Reyes, 25, of an unknown address, on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. On April 20, 2021, in Concord, he was accused of acting in concert with Dionila Villagran-Zuniga and Carla Moya-Fuentes to use another person’s card to obtain more than $1,500 worth of goods or services.
Clyde Earl Shatney, 60, of North Main Street in Concord on two felony duty to report charges. He was accused by police of failing to report a change in his telephone number and a change of address to police on Dec. 13, 2021. According to the state of New Hampshire, he is a sex offender due to a sexual assault charge in March 2010 and four felonious sexual assault charges against a boy under 16 but over 13 in January 2014.
Sue Ellen Herrick, 35, of Burnhams Intervale Road in Hopkinton on attempted homicide, burglary, three criminal threatening, and two reckless conduct charges. She was accused by police of breaking into a home and threatening to kill her neighbors on Dec. 27, 2021, in Hopkinton. Timothy John Kingsbury, 37, of Currier Road in Loudon on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 28, 2021, in Concord. He was accused by police of possessing enough quantity of the drug to distribute it.
