CONCORD, NH — Alexander Scott Papastefanou, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on May 4, 2020, and charged with felony theft by unauthorized taking based on two prior convictions after an incident at Irving gas station on Pleasant Street.

Emily S. Hallock, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 9:07 p.m. on May 2 on a bench warrant after an incident on Concord Street.

Brianna Olga Darisse, born 1990, of Salem was arrested at 6:27 a.m. on May 2 on disorderly conduct and two criminal mischief charges after an incident on Thompson Street.

Michael P. Wing, born 1961, of Concord was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on April 28 on a warrant after an incident near 184 N. Main St.

Avery Allen Fitzgerald, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on April 26 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident in the North End.

Matthew P. Burt, born 1991, of Concord received a summons at 9:04 a.m. on April 24 on an unauthorized use of firearm/firecracker after incident in Penacook Village.

Keiyon Leray Williams, born 1998, of Flint, Michigan, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on April 23 on theft by deception-$1,001 to $1,500 and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Target on D'Amante Drive.

Glenn R. Blodgett, born 1966, of Concord was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on April 23 on two bench warrants after an incident at the West Portsmouth Street boat ramp.

Erica Belknap-Morris, born 1988, of Concord received a summons at 12:17 p.m. on April 21 on a criminal trespass on railroad property charge after an incident on North Main Street.
