Hill Man Indicted On Kidnapping, Other Charges: Court Roundup
Bow man indicted on prison assault charge; Meredith woman indicted on retail crime enterprise, other charges; Concord man faces meth charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Andy Williams, 55, of Sunrise Lane in Allenstown on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing items from Walmart in Concord on Nov. 24, 2019. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.
April J. Wilson, 32, of Revere Place in Franklin on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Nov. 13, 2019, in Franklin.

Michael P. Wing, 58, homeless in Concord on a theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing the wallet of another person on Storrs Street in Concord on Dec. 26, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft twice before.
Melissa B. Winsor, 40, homeless in Meredith on theft by deception, theft by unauthorized taking, and organized retail crime enterprise charges, all felonies. She's accused of working with Chad Drapeau to remove merchandise from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet store in Hooksett between Sept. 8, and Sept. 21, 2019. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft.

Daniel Bain, 34, with a last known address of Central Street in Franklin on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Dec. 17, 2019, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2018.
Derik Bardsley Jr., 20, of Forest Lane in Boscawen on a felony second-degree assault charge. He's accused of striking a man in the face with a close fist and causing a left orbital floor blowout fracture on Nov. 28, 2019, in Boscawen.
Daniel S. Basha, 47, of Hill, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on criminal restraint and two kidnapping charges, all felonies. He's accused of terrorizing and holding a woman against her will on Jan. 3 on Dearborn Road in Hill.
Adam Beck, 24, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charge between Jan. 21 and Jan. 22 at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen.
Benjamin Berry, 43, homeless in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Jan. 26 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2018.
Chelsie L. Bixby, 30, of West Hancock Street in Manchester on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Dec. 22, 2019, in Concord.
Michael Briand, 28, of Bow, incarcerated at the time of the indictment on a felony assault by prisoners charge on Jan. 16 at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen.
