Habitual Offender Faces Assault Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Christopher J. Stafford, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 10 a.m. on April 20, 2020, on operating after being certified as a habitual offender and two assault charges. The driving charge was on Eastern Avenue and the assault charges were an active warrant after an incident on East Side Drive.

Tammy Landry, born 1974, of Concord received a summons at 6:16 p.m. on April 19 on a warrant after an incident on Washington Street near Penacook Square.

Dylan Harrington Peterson, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. on April 18 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident on Bog Road.

Michael P. Wing, born 1961, of Concord was arrested at 5:22 p.m. on April 18 on an indecent exposure/gross lewdness charge after an incident in the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street. Wing is a sex offender after being convicted on an aggravated felonious sexual assault on a child under 13 and felonious sexual assault of a child under 16 in October 1984.

April Lynn Phillips, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on April 16 on stalking and violation of a protective order charges after an incident in the South End.

Cody Richard Merrill, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 9:02 p.m. on April 16 on theft by deception-less than $1,000 and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested after an incident at Village Street Discount Beverages on Village Street.

Toni Patrizzi, born 1974, of Concord was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on April 16 on two assault charges. Also arrested was John Allen Bousquet, born 1964, homeless in Concord on two breach of bail and stalking charges. They were arrested after an incident on Elm Street in Penacook.

Leo Leblanc, born 1962, of Concord was arrested at 6:37 a.m. on April 15 on a warrant after an incident at the Penwood Apartments on Penwood Drive.

Jason M. Purtell, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on April 15 on a criminal threatening and two simple assault charges after an incident on Branch Turnpike.

Christopher Adler, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on April 15 on two simple assault charges after an incident on North State Street.
