Homeless Man Indicted In Concord Healy Park BB Gun Shooting, Threat Case: Court Roundup

Newbury man indicted on child rape charges; Manchester stalker indicted in Hooksett stalking case; woman accused of distributing drugs.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Andrew Decormier, 32, of Horne Road in Belmont, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony count of operating while deemed a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on West Alice Avenue in Hooksett on July 25, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Catherine Dekorne, 44, of Paquette Avenue in Manchester, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and crack cocaine, on Aug. 12, 2024, in Hooksett, and two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, fentanyl and amphetamines, on July 27, 2024, in Henniker.

Joseph Donisi, 46, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony criminal threatening charges. He swung a pole and shot a BB gun at another man while stating he was going to kill him or words to that effect, according to the indictments, on April 17, 2024. Jacob Duquette, 46, of Downing Street in Concord, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person on Nov. 6, 2024, in Concord.

Aaron Erickson, 46, of an unknown address, on two felony accomplice to sale of a controlled drug-subsequent charges. He agreed or aided or attempted to aid Tracy Blodgett in selling fentanyl and meth on Oct. 9, 2024, in Concord, according to the indictments. Previously, he was convicted on other offenses in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2018 and July 2022.

Kimberly R. Graham, 36, of an unknown address in Concord, on possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute on Jan. 21, 2024, in Concord, and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Oct. 6, 2023, in Concord.

Toby A. Goodsell, 40, of Bay Hill Road in Northfield, on possession of fentanyl and attempted falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and removing a syringe filled with what appeared to be liquid heroin into the center console of a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado on Sept. 24, 2024, in Northfield.

Brianna L. Harris, 34, of Hanover Street in Manchester, on two felony stalking-domestic violence charges. She was accused of electronically contacting a protected party and coming within 500 feet of them on Aug. 14, 2024, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of stalking in Laconia District Court in November 2023.

Michael C. Jones, 43, of Green Acres Drive in Bristol, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on North Main Street in Franklin on Feb. 5, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Nicholas Lappane, 51, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of possessing a cell phone and attempting to conceal it in a room at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on May 15, 2024.

James Leonard, 39, of Tanglewood Drive in Henniker, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and xylazine mix charge on Aug. 27, 2024, in Henniker.

Tailor J. Lemieux, 31, of an unknown address, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He forced two girls to perform sex acts upon each other and raped each girl while the other watched between Nov. 1, 2017, and May 30, 2018, in Newbury.

Michael A. Love, 36, of Larkin Street in Revere, Massachusetts, on a felony anti-theft laws, offenses, and penalties charge. He agreed with Danny Rivera to commit title fraud in Concord on June 23, 2023, by having Rivera submit a title for a vehicle, saying he owned it when it was owned by Love, according to the indictment.

Heather M. Lytle, 43, of Davis Street in Center Barnstead, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving a Toyota SUV on Catamount Road in Pittsfield on Aug. 16, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in October 2022.
