Pembroke Felon Indicted On Concord Knife Threat Charges: Merrimack County Court Roundup

Pittsfield man indicted on restraint, strangulation charges; Franklin drug indictments; Florida felon indicted on jail assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Sarah Keith, 38, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 30 in Franklin.

Otto B. Keller, 40, of Holland Street in Moultonborough on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine, charges, on April 16 in Concord.

Brian S. Landry, 34, of Douglas Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 10 in Concord.

Seth L. Laughy, 40, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on possession of fentanyl charge on April 4 in Franklin and possession of meth charge on Feb. 11 in Franklin.

Kelvin B. Lewis, 32, of Granite Street in Northfield on two felony assaults by prisoners charges after incidents on April 4 and April 6 at the Merrimack County House of Corrections involving assaults against corrections officers. Lisa M. Lobo, 57, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and meth mix charge on March 4 in Franklin.

Alicia M. MacIsaac, 39, of East Bow Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 15 in Franklin.

David B. Melanson, 29, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on felon in possession-knife and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing and brandishing a knife and moving toward two other people on March 13 in Concord. Melanson is a felon due to a prior conviction. Samuel Meyerhofer, 36, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on criminal restraint and two second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner twice and confining her to a bed while holding a knife and stating, “I don’t care if I hurt you or (another person), I don’t care if I go to jail” or words to that effect between April 25 and April 26, 2022, 2022, in Pittsfield.

Jason Noury, 47, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from a New Hampshire state Liquor and Wine Outlet in Concord on April 11. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
