Epsom Woman, Penacook Man Arrested On DUI Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Ashley E. Szalay, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 9 a.m. on June 10, 2026, on a stalking charge. She was charged after an incident or investigation on Village Street in Penacook.

Travis William Dickinson, born in 1978, of Penacook, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. on June 9 on driving under the influence and conduct after an accident charges as well as an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation on Village Street.

Shane A. Adkinson, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. on June 8 on criminal trespass and criminal threat charges after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.

Angel Felix Miranda Cruz, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on June 7 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St.

Ryan Edward Sargent, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. on June 5 on two simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Branch Turnpike.

Brian Michael Benoit, born in 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 8:22 a.m. on June 4 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road. He was also charged with felony possession of a controlled drug after an incident or investigation on Sheep David Road. Eight minutes later, Timothy J. Leclair, born in 1980, was arrested on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Sheep Davis Road.

Jennifer Creech, born in 1993, of Epsom, was arrested at 9:57 p.m. on May 17 on a driving under the influence charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Shell gas station at 24 Loudon Road.

Kendrick Henry Waddell, born in 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on May 17 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St.

Melinda Sue Meneely, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on May 17 on a criminal trespass charge. Also arrested was Patrick Tywon Jenkins, born in 1995, of Concord, on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on the CSX railroad property off Horseshoe Pond Lane.

Angel Fuentes, born in 1996, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested at 11:27 a.m. on May 15 on an arrest prior to requisition. Brittany Annmarie Price, born in 1996, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant and two bench warrants. Wilkie Gabriel Reyes Reynoso, born in 1999, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on May 14 on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug. They were all charged after an incident or investigation on South State Street.
