Concord Woman Arrested Twice In 7 Hours, Faces 4 Stalking, 6 Breach Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — John L. Taylor, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 7:56 a.m. on June 11, 2025, on breach of bail and two possession of a controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Head Start at 67 Old Loudon Road.

Richard F. Kuchinsky, 55, of Concord, was arrested at 12:17 p.m. on June 10 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Lowe’s at 90 Fort Eddy Road.

Alexis Jade Laroque, born in 2002, of Concord, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on June 9, on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on the Branch Turnpike.

Bulambo Dunia, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on June 8 on criminal threatening and simple assault charges as well as a breach of bail charge. He was arrested after two incidents or investigations at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Constance R. Stewart, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 4:23 p.m. on June 6 on possession of a controlled drug, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation on Ferry Street.

Isidonie Ngezahayo, born in 1976, of Concord, received a summons at 12:46 p.m. on June 6 on an operating without a valid license charge and a following too closely violation after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 117 Loudon Road.

She was arrested again at 9:35 p.m. on four stalking and four breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at Concord Gardens.

John T. Willey, born in 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on May 15 on two stalking and two breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at the Kennedy apartments at 1 Thompson St.

David E. Jousset, born in 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. on May 15 on five breach of bail charges and five stalking charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Garvins Falls Road.

Shane A. Adkinson, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. on May 14 on a prostitution charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Reflections Skin Suite on North State Street.
