Concord Woman Faces Assault Charges Under Loudon Road Bridge: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Michael Scott Davis, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:23 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2024, on a felony subsequent drug possession count and a theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, as well as a marijuana possession violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St.

Ryan S. Ehrgott, 40, of Concord received a summons at 7:23 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident at Speedway at 15 Hall St.

Jordan N. Agoubi, 34, of Concord was cited at 1:15 p.m. on Jan. 27 on an operating expired license charge after an incident at 281 N. State St.

Randall Richardson, 47, of Portland, Oregon, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. on Jan. 27 on two simple assault charges. He was arrested after incidents at The Draft on South Main Street and Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Steven Richard Foster, born 1959, of Concord was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on Jan. 26 on falsifying physical evidence, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, conduct after an accident, and two drug possession charges. He was arrested after an incident on North State Street.

Chance Nsengiyumva, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 7:47 p.m. on Jan. 26 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges after an incident or investigation at Concord Gardens.

Cara Lynn Fiske, 45, of Penacook Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on Jan. 26 on a sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charge at police headquarters. She is a sex offender due to a child criminal restraint conviction in January 2010, according to the state. Fiske was known as Cara Leblanc at the time of the incident, which was based out of Webster, according to court records.

Sasha Renee Lee, born 2004, of Concord received a summons at Jan. 26 on a bench warrant. She was charged at police headquarters.

Travis Michael Bennett Lufkin, 22, of Concord received a summons at 9:50 p.m. on Jan. 11 on a criminal trespass charge. Also charged at 10:33 p.m. on Jan. 11 with criminal trespass was Taeh M. Koehler, 26, of Concord. They were charged after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Joshua S. Ellsworth, 35, of Concord received a summons at 1:50 p.m. on Jan. 11 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on the railroad tracks under Interstate 393 on South Commercial Street.

Mandy Michelle Couture, 38, of Pembroke was arrested at 10 a.m. on Jan. 11 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the CVS at 4 Hall St.

Mikayla C. Georgoulakos, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on Jan. 11 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation under the Loudon Road bridge over Storrs Street.
