CONCORD, NH — Jesse L. Cleasby, born in 1985, of Concord, received a summons at 8:35 a.m. on April 29, 2026, on a generic city ordinance violation following an incident or investigation in the woods behind a lot on Penacook Street.

Richard Peter Marmol, born in 1970, of Concord, received a summons at 7 p.m. on April 27 on a criminal trespass charge following an incident or investigation on Integra Drive.

Christopher Michael Overka, born in 1975, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 10:52 a.m. on April 26 on a warrant at Concord police headquarters.

Kevin Christian Runkel, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 12:07 p.m. on April 25 on driving under the influence and negligent driving charges following an incident or investigation on Old Suncook Road.

Francisco Das Chagas Silva, born in 1969, of Manchester, received a summons at 3:03 a.m. on April 24 on an operating a motor vehicle without a valid license charge following an incident or investigation on D’Amante Drive.
