Man Arrested On 4 Animal Cruelty Charges After Incidents At Homeless Camp: Concord Cop Log
Pembroke man faces 12 theft charges; Derry woman charged with assault, mischief; man charged with prowling, stolen property in Penacook.

CONCORD, NH — Shane A. Adkinson, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on June 11, 2025, on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000, loitering or prowling, theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus, criminal trespass, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Village Street in Penacook.
Scott R. Spern, 61, of Concord, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on June 9, on a breach of bail charge after an investigation or incident on Maple Street.
Scott Hatfield, born in 1962, of Rumney, was arrested at 9:18 a.m. on May 29 on three simple assault charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at Concord Christian Academy at 37 Regional Drive.

Travis Kenneth Allard, 46, of Concord, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. on May 28 on sex offender registration; provide false information and breach of bail charges at police headquarters and possession of a controlled drug and five warrants after an investigation or incident at Genesis Elder Care-Pleasant View Assisted Living at 227 Pleasant St. Allard is a sex offender, according to the state, due to a conviction on three child sexual abuse image charges in October 2023.
Robert John Atwood, 41, of Concord, received a summons at 5:10 p.m. on May 23 on a criminal trespass charge after an investigation or incident on Donovan Street.

Patrick William Miller, 58, of Concord, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on May 22 on two cruelty to animals; purposeful and two cruelty to animals; negligent charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at a homeless camp on Old Loudon Road.

Kenneth Smith, born in 1972, of Pembroke, was arrested at 9:37 a.m. on May 15 on 12 theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
Jennelle A. Boyle, born in 1983, of Derry, was arrested at 2 a.m. on May 15 on simple assault and criminal mischief charges after an investigation or incident on Lyndon Street.
Kristine Anita Vanwezel, born in 1964, of Concord, received a summons at 2 a.m. on May 15 on a camping restricted violation after an investigation or incident on North Main Street.
Adrian Robert Lamb, 20, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on May 14 on a breach of bail charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the former Steeplegate Mall site at 270 Loudon Road. Lamb is out on bail after being charged with felony criminal threatening-conduct with a firearm in August 2024, connected to an incident in February 2024 in Manchester. A motion to revoke his bail was issued on May 20. A hearing will be held in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on July 14. A status conference hearing is also booked for Oct. 8.
Elizabeth Jean Knight, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on May 14 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at Sanel Auto Parts on Old Turnpike Road.
Mckayla D. Bond, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on May 14 on a criminal mischief charge after an investigation or incident on Fisherville Road.
