Homeless Man Who Stabbed 2 At Hotel Now Faces Stolen Property Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kenny Joe Robbins, 29, of Concord was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2024, on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation on Village Street in Penacook.

Omar Hutchinson, 32, of Concord was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Aug. 20 on loitering or prowling, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest or detention charges. Also cited was Donna Marie Gove, 49, of Concord on a loitering or prowling charge. They were charged after an incident or investigation on the train tracks behind 172 N. Main St. and Storrs Street.

Fatmir Gasi, 61, of Concord was arrested at 6:57 p.m. on Aug. 17 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at CVS at 4 Hall St.

Eric I. Anderson, 53, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:51 p.m. on Aug. 16 after an incident or investigation at White Park on White Street.

Richard R. Fortier Jr., 35, of Concord was arrested at 5 p.m. on Aug. 15 on three bench warrants and a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Zoo Health Club at 270 Loudon Road.

Christopher S. Regan, 32, of Concord was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on Aug. 7 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, loitering or prowling, and criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation at Soapy’s Car Wash at 247 Loudon Road.

Stuart McKenzie, 37, of Concord was arrested at 3:53 p.m. on Aug. 5 on felony operating after certification as a habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as a manufacture, sell official inspection-registration sticker violation after an incident or investigation on Water Street.

Emmanuel Sibomana, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on Aug. 4 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Fayette Street.

Victor Gareth Manns, 24, of Concord was arrested at 12:28 p.m. on Aug. 3 on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St. Manns pleaded guilty to first-degree assault after an incident at the Hotel Concord in September 2023, where he stabbed two people. He received a 12-month sentence on Jan. 4, 106 days of time served credit, and probation for two years.

Kendrick Henry Waddell, 53, of Concord was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on Aug. 2 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and a willful concealment charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Valerie E. Fredette, 44, of Concord was arrested at 11:23 a.m. on July 31 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at D’Angelos at 125 S. Main St. and a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Holiday Inn at 172 N. Main St.

Bulambo Dunia, 37, of Concord was arrested at 4 p.m. on July 30 on a simple assault charge and a consumption of liquor on private property violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Lamplighter Plaza at 133 Loudon Road.
