Felon With Active Forgery Cases Arrested On Drug Charge: Cop Log

Plus: Concord man arrested on assault, mischief charges; pair from Canterbury arrested on warrants; and another incident in a city garage.

CONCORD, NH — Joseph F. Schultz, born 1994, of Penacook was arrested at 5:35 a.m. on Aug. 4 on domestic violence-criminal threatening and criminal mischief charges after an incident in the North End.

Darlene French, born 1964, of Concord was arrested at 7:08 a.m. on Aug. 3 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Stickney Avenue.

Karen Diane Fox, born 1966, of Concord was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on Aug. 3 on two bench warrants after an incident in Penacook Village.

Maria Francesca Vallee, 37, of Concord was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Aug. 2 on a possession of a controlled drug charge as well as two bench warrants and two other warrants after an incident on Black Hill Road. She currently has active cases in Rockingham County Superior Court for a felony forgery charge in Londonderry from December 2019 and numerous forgery and drug possession charges from Laconia in September 2019 that are being heard in Belknap County Superior Court. Vallee has also been convicted on a felony theft charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in May 2017 and March 2018, a felony delivery of a weapon, contraband charge out of Dover in March 2017, and acts prohibited in February 2004 and burglary in March 2004 in Merrimack County. She is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for an arraignment on Sept. 18.

Timothy Roderick Russell, born 1995, of Concord received a summons at 2:25 a.m. on Aug. 2 on a public urination or defection charge after an incident in the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.

Christopher M. Blodgett, born 1974, homeless in Concord was arrested at 8:08 p.m. on July 29 on criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and breach of bail charges after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Ashley Marie Brickley, 23, of Canterbury was arrested at 6 p.m. on July 27 on a felony possession of fentanyl charge and a bench warrant. Also arrested Robert Bartlett, 24, of Canterbury who was picked up on a warrant. They were arrested after an incident in the South End. Brickley is due in superior court Sept. 18. Bartlett has active cases in superior court on five felony drug possession charges. He was convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court on drug charges out of Hooksett in March 2018 but that case has been reopened due to a violation of probation accusation. Bartlett is due back in court on Sept. 25.
