Concord Motorcyclist Arrested On DWI Charge After Crash: Log

CONCORD, NH — Heather M. Manahan, born 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2019, and charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest. She was arrested after an incident at The Hotel Concord on South Main Street.

Steven Anthony Anctil, born 1984, of Tilton, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on Nov. 3 and charged with breach of bail and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Scott A. Perkins, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. on Nov. 3 on aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension-second offense charges. He was arrested after a crash on Washington Street in Penacook.

Heather Jeane O'Brien, born 1996, of an unknown address, was arrested at 10:59 a.m. on Nov. 3 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. She was arrested at the Meninno Place Apartments on Storrs Street.

Stephanie L. Pierce, born 1983, of Webster, was arrested at 2:07 a.m. on Nov. 3 on a warrant at Alton Woods Drive.

Dawn W. Lacroix, born 1975, of Lee, was arrested at 11:28 p.m. on Nov. 2 on a DUI charge on North Main Street at Centre near the TD Bank building.

Joseph Corney, born 1994, of Bow, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 2 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident on South Main Street near the former Amish Homestead location.

Ryan Lassonde, born 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. on Nov. 2 on a bench warrant on Airport Road.

Joseph F. Schultz, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 10:28 a.m. on Nov. 2 on a bench warrant on Fowler Street.

Rodney J. Moody, born 1969, of Concord, was arrested at 9:44 a.m. on Nov. 2 on a sex offender registration; failure to comply/knowing-subsequent charge at police headquarters. Moody was convicted of two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault on a victim under 13 in 1998, according to the state of New Hampshire.
