Pembroke Teen Indicted On Rape, Strangulation Charges: Roundup

Boscawen, Concord men accused of firing guns at or near others; Chichester, Hillsboro men accused of dealing meth; burglary indictment.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Joseph Crawford, 28, of Chichester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled drug-meth, both felonies. The possession charge was from Feb. 22, on Gulf Street in Concord, and the dealing charge was from Airport-Old Turnpike roads in Concord on July 2. At the time, Crawford was out on bail from the Merrimack County Superior Court on an intent to distribute charge, according to the indictment.

Paula A. Currier, 32, of Ivy Lane in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 20, in Franklin.

Darious C. Davis, 23, pictured upper middle left, of Bristol, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on operating while deemed a habitual offender and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies, in a Subaru Forester on Hill Road in Franklin on May 20, that was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Davis is accused of throwing a spoon from inside the vehicle, into the woods, before police arrived.

Isiah Davis, 28, of Howard Street in Winchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine and fentanyl, in the area of Maple Street in Hopkinton on May 25, and two counts of delivery of articles, possession of fentanyl an heroin on May 28, and May 29, at the Merrimack County House of Corrections, both felonies.

Ariana J. Espinola, 29, of Seavey Road in Belmont, on two possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, acetyl fentanyl, and meth, on Feb. 22, in Concord.

Nicholas Fuchs, 33, lower left, of Route 103 in Newbury, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on June 5, in Bow.

Griffin Furlotte, 18, upper left, of Donna Drive in Pembroke, on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, two counts of second-degree assault, and single counts of domestic violence-aggravated felonious sexual assault, domestic violence-second-degree assault, manufacture of child sexual abuse images, distribution of child sexual abuse images, and nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, all felonies. Between July 8, 2018, and March 15, he's accused of raping and video recording a girl in Pembroke, and then sharing the video on Snapchat. On Aug. 23, 2018, he's accused of raping and strangling a second girl. Between Jan. 1, and March 1, he's accused of raping and strangling a third teenage girl in Pembroke.

Michelle L. Milbury, 31, lower center, homeless, on a felony burglary charge. She is accused of entering a home without permission on April 11.

Alexander Morris-Carter, 22, of Poverty Plains Road in Hillsboro, on possession of a controlled drug-meth with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled drug-meth charges, both felonies, on March 23, on Bradford Road in Henniker.

Aladin Muminovic, 32, lower right, of Timberwood Drive in Goffstown, on a felony witness tampering charge. In Hooksett, Muminovic is accused of attempting to induct a woman, via text message, to withhold information about an assault case on June 14.

Richard Murray, 61, upper right, of Shaker Road in Concord, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He's accused of discharging a .45 caliber handgun near a woman on Shaker Road in Concord on May 24.
