Pembroke Man Indicted On Drug Charge From Fatal 2020 Overdose

Plus: Man accused of rape in New London; Concord, Dover women indicted on meth-dealing, other charges; Franklin man faces gun threat charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Michael Walchak, 55, of South Street in Concord on a felony theft of services charge. He was accused of using the Unitil account of another person to avoid paying for electricity between Aug. 24, 20117, and May 18, 2018, in Concord.

Amanda Williams, 39, of County Farm in Dover on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine with intent to distribute and felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies, on July 30, 2021, in Henniker.

Anthony Riendeau, 23, of Pearl Street in Claremont on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a woman in New London on Aug. 12, 2020.

Christopher Boyd, 33, of Wake Towne Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of cashing an inauthentic check made out to himself from the account of Willow Crossing Limited Partnership at Merrimack County Savings Bank in Concord on June 4, 2021.

Nancy Jones aka Nancy Turner, 56, of Perimeter Road in Concord or Chichester on five counts of sale of a controlled drug-meth as well as possession of a narcotic-buprenorphine and possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute-fentanyl charges. The meth sales charges were from incidents on Mason Road in Chichester on July 14, July 21, July 27, Aug. 19, and Sept. 19, 2021. The buprenorphine and fentanyl charges were from Oct. 4, 2021, in Chichester.

Christopher Lane, 29, of Granite Street in Manchester on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges (cocaine and fentanyl mix and meth) on Feb. 15, 2021, in Concord.

Stephon Williams, 24, of West Bow Street in Franklin on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (meth and fentanyl) on May 11, 2021, in Franklin.

Michael Wojtasiak, 31, of Franklin Street in Franklin on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person on Sept. 28, 2021, in Franklin.

Joshua R. Plante, 25, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of passing a counterfeit $20 bill on March 11, 2021, at a Rite Aid in Concord.

Michael Grass, 36, of Pembroke, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge-drug sale death resulting charge. He was accused of dispensing fentanyl to Jon Philip Knowles on Sept. 29, 2020, in Concord, causing his death. Knowles was convicted as an accomplice to murder in the 1990s after the killing of Robbie Mills, a middle school student in Laconia.

Griffin Furlotte, 21, of Donna Drive in Pembroke on two felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges. He was accused of failing to report an email and Snapchat account to police in Pembroke on April 27, 2021.

Thomas Doheny, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony delivery of articles prohibited-parafluorofentanyl charge inside the Merrimack County House of Corrections on Sept. 2, 2021.
