Loudon Man Indicted On Rape Charges In Concord: Court
Pembroke man indicted on child rape charge; man indicted on burglary charge; Canterbury man indicted on gun, reckless conduct charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Kahara Hall, 29, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on March 10 on Interstate 93 in Hooksett. According to the indictment, Hall was out on bail on another charge at the time in Merrimack County and previously was convicted of a controlled drug charge in Hillsborough County.
David Handt, 60, of Perley Street in Concord on two felony change of registration/duty to inform charges. He was accused of not registering his vehicles with Concord police on Jan. 20 and May 19. Handt is a sex offender due to a rape conviction in Grafton County in 1992.

Joseph Haniffy, 41, of Concord on two felony change of registration/duty to inform charges. He was convicted on a rape charge out of Merrimack County in 2006 and was accused of failing to register a new residency address between March 29 and April 10, and April 20 and May 1 with Concord police.
Adrian M. Hardisty, 25, of Ashland Street in Manchester on a felony burglary charge on Morrill Road in Hooksett on Nov. 30, 2020.

John B. Hollis, 23, of East View Drive in Pembroke on a felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a girl in Pembroke on May 25, 2019.
Gregory Hurst, 51, of French Pond Road in Henniker on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl charges on April 28 in Hopkinton.
Jonathan Hussey, 22, of Greenview Drive in Manchester on first-degree assault, reckless conduct, and criminal mischief charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a truck into a person and striking them on May 26 in Hooksett.
Sara K. Hyland, 41, of Graham Road in Concord on two felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense-meth, tramadol and fentanyl mix charges on Dec. 18, 2020, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on acts prohibited in December 2018.
Jordon J. Ingram, 44, of Grove Street in Franklin on a felony criminal mischief charge. She was accused of smashing the passenger door window of a Honda CR-V owned by another person on July 9 in Franklin.
Kim Elliot, 53, of Belmont Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of using a vehicle as a deadly weapon by driving more than 100 mph in Canterbury, nearly striking other vehicles while weaving between them, on May 13.
Lewis D. Jenna Jr., 41, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 17 in Franklin.
Kathy L. Canfield, 60, of Commerce Street in Hill on two felony theft by unauthorized taking with two prior convictions charges. She was accused of appearing to use a self-scanner to pay for merchandise while not scanning items at Hannaford in Franklin between Jan. 13 and concealing items on May 22.
Agustin Damian Jr., 20, of Ayers Road in Canterbury on conspiracy: criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, two counts of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, and reckless conduct with a firearm charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a .38 Smith and Wesson into a home in Franklin on May 17.
Zachary McKay, 32, of Route 129 in Loudon on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a person between May 26 and May 27 in Concord. Read more about this case here: Loudon Man Faces Rape Charges In Concord
