Elderly Concord Man Arrested On Mischief, Conduct Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Todd Edward Spataro, 56, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 12:41 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2023, after an incident on Airport Road.

Ryan Daniel Sullivan, 27, of Concord was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on Feb. 2 on a conduct after-property damage charge after an incident on North State Street.

Sabrina Adair, born 1979, of Concord was cited at 9:45 a.m. on Feb. 2 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident on Old Suncook Road.

Jonathan Ruharuka, 20, of Concord was arrested at 5 p.m. on Jan. 31 on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road.

Kayla Shamil Torres, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on Jan. 30 on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident on Curtice Avenue.

Ryan J. Spring, born 1974, of Concord was arrested at 7:24 p.m. on Jan. 28 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Amy Way.

Robert John Atwood, 39, of Concord was arrested at 10:24 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the New Hampshire State Lottery Commission on Integra Drive.

Robert M. Taylor, born 1955, of Braintree, Massachusetts, was arrested at 6:14 p.m. on Jan. 25 on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested after an incident at BAM! on Fort Eddy Road.

Karleigh J. Gross, 23, of Concord was arrested at 6:14 p.m. on Jan. 16 on two theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Donald Scott Syphers, 77, of Concord was arrested at 2 a.m. on Jan. 16 on criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges as well as a pedestrian on the roadway violation. He was arrested after an incident at the Statehouse plaza on North Main Street.

Dustin D. Bouchard, 29, of Concord was arrested at 6:33 p.m. on Jan. 15 on criminal threatening and disorderly conduct charges after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. He was arrested again at 6:17 p.m. on Jan. 16 on simple assault and criminal threatening charges after an incident on Green Street.

Lisa M. Carey, 43, of Manchester was arrested at 8:13 p.m. on Jan. 13 on driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, and open container charges as well as a traffic control device violation on Sheep Davis Road.

John Dussault, born 1966, of Concord was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on Jan. 13 on a driving under the influence charge as well as a failure to use required turn signal violation. He was arrested after an incident on Hazel Drive.

Brennan N. Szantos, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on Jan. 13 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge. He was arrested after an incident on South Emperor Drive.
