CONCORD, NH — Brycen Robert Horne, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 12:46 a.m. on Sept. 28, 2021, on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on South Main Street.

Darlene French, born 1964, of Concord received a summons at 11:40 a.m. on Sep. 27 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Washington Street.

Thomas Richard Marion Jr., born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 1:26 a.m. on Sept. 25 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Grove Street.

Richard F. Kuchinsky, born 1969, of Concord was arrested at 3:09 a.m. on Sept. 23 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Home Depot on D’Amante Drive.

Alan White, 30, of Manchester was arrested at 9:21 a.m. on Sept. 22 on a felony habitual offender charge as well as violation of a protective order and breach of bail charges after an incident on Broadway.

Chester N. Charlton, born 1976, of Webster was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on Sept. 21 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of motor vehicle registration charges after an incident at 98 Fisherville Road.

Christopher Joseph Mancini, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 5:28 a.m. on Sept. 21 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and two resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Fisherville Road.

David T. Swett, born 1964, of Concord was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on Sept. 20 on criminal mischief, public urination or defecation, and two criminal trespass charges after an incident on Washington Street in Penacook.

Michaeline Marie Rose, born 1958, of Penacook was arrested at 1:29 a.m. on Sept. 19 on a driving under the influence charge on Village Street in Penacook.

Nyirandeke L. Mudakoma, born 1987, of Concord was cited at 10:41 p.m. on Sept. 17 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Christopher J. Harrington, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on Sept. 17 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 175 N. Main St.

Warren L. Doucette, born 1980, of Concord was cited at 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 135 Loudon Road.
