Concord Felon Indicted On Gun Threat, Domestic Violence Charges: Court
Plus: Manchester man indicted on 11-year-old ID fraud charges; drug and theft indictments; Lawrence man accused of stealing motorcycles.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Edinson Vladimir Tejeda Arias, 47, of Hall Street in Manchester on three counts of forgery and three counts of identity fraud, all felonies. He was accused of working with Maximo Guzman Rodriguez to obtain driver’s license or non-driver IDs to obtain money, credit, goods, and services on Nov. 8, 2011, Nov. 16, 2016, and Dec. 3, 2021, in Concord.
Jeison Tejeda, 21, of Salem Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on theft by unauthorized taking-accomplice and principal and burglary-accomplice and principal charges, both felonies. Michael Tierney, 46, of Manchester Street in Concord on criminal threatening, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, tampering with witnesses and informants, and domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a shotgun at an intimate partner and saying, “Do you want to die?,” or words to that effect on Jan. 23 in Concord. Tierney is a felony due to a conviction on a narcotics possession charge in Connecticut in 2006. On Feb. 10, in Boscawen, he was accused of attempting to get the victim to withhold testimony by telling her to get the domestic violence order “taken care of.” Read more about this indictment here: Concord Felon Faces Criminal Threat, Reckless Conduct Charges
Daniel Traficante, 54, of Copley Drive in Methuen, MA, on a felony possession of steroid charge on April 18, 2021, in Bow.

Travis M. Vachon, 34, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony driving while certified a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road in Concord on Feb. 9 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Douglas Carson, 68, of Intervale Road in Canterbury on criminal threatening and attempted first-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening to stab a deputy with a knife on Dec. 11, 2020.
Christopher Cooper, 24, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of driving off in another person’s car on March 4 in Concord.
Scott M. Donahue, 59, of Laurel Street in Concord on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of attempting to induct a person to withhold information or testimony for a domestic violence case on March 30, 2021, in Boscawen by requesting she change her testimony and work on getting him character witnesses.
Warren L. Doucette, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Concord on March 9 after being convicted twice before on theft charges.
Thomas Drake, 30, of Route 4 of New Hampton on motor vehicle; penalties and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, LSD and methamphetamine, charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on West Alice Avenue in Hooksett on Oct. 26, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender.
John Duchesne, 37, of Webster Lake Road in Franklin on a felony possession of amphetamine charge in the area of Webster Lake Road in Franklin on Feb. 13.
