Concord, Loudon Men Face Drug Charges: Police Log
Plus: Man faces felony theft charges after prior convictions; woman faces false alarm charge at hospital; DUI charge on South Main Street.

CONCORD, NH — Renee L. Johnson, born 1985, of Concord received a summons at 4:45 p.m. on Jan. 5 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident on Mountain Road.
Thomas J. Doheny, 27, of Rochester was arrested at 3 p.m. on Jan. 5 on felony possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street on Aug. 24, 2021. Doheny was also taken into protective custody, according to police. Doheny was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Jan. 20. He pleaded guilty to a drug charge in October 2021 and also has an active delivery of weapon or contraband charge out of Boscawen from September 2021.
Angela M. Spataro, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on Jan. 5 on a false fire alarm charge. She was arrested after an incident at Concord Hospital.

Catano Alberto Antonio Jaramillo, born 1955, of Concord was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on Jan. 5 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.
Nicholas Caruso, born 1993, of Concord was cited at 5:17 p.m. on Jan. 4 on an operating with an expired license charge after an incident at Memorial Field on South Fruit Street.

Warren L. Doucette, 41, of Concord was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on Jan. 4 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Best Buy on D’Amante Drive. He was arraigned on Jan. 19 in superior court and is due back for a dispositional conference on March 2.
Timothy John Kingsbury, 37, of Loudon was arrested on a bench warrant as well as felony controlled drug-sale, etc., transport drugs in a motor vehicle, possess for the personal use of a regular marijuana-infused product over the age of 21, and display false inspection or registration sticker charges. He was arrested after an incident at the South End Laundromat on Downing Street. Kingsbury is due in superior court for an arraignment on Jan. 27.
John Joshua Jellue, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on Jan. 3 on two bench warrants as well as resisting arrest or detention and two criminal mischief charges. He was arrested after an incident on Jennings Drive.
Pamela Jean Martin, born 1961, of Concord was arrested at 7:12 p.m. on Jan. 3 on a warrant after an incident on Thompson Street.
Kalpana Chhetri, born 2003, of Concord was cited on a driving after revocation or suspension charge at 3:45 p.m. on Jan. 3 after an incident at Dunkin’ Donuts on Loudon Road.
Martha F. Hussey, born 1953, of Pittsfield was cited at 8:20 a.m. on Jan. 3 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Manor Road.
Joshua Ryan Wilson, 21, of Concord was arrested at 12:54 a.m. on Jan. 3 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge as well as transport drugs in a motor vehicle and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident at 136 Loudon Road. He was arraigned on Jan. 19.
