Woman From Hill Indicted On 5 Arson Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Concord man accused of witness tampering; Canaan man faces stalking charge; drug and habitual offender indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jackie Marcell Roberts, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge after an incident at Lowe’s at Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Feb. 15. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Stephen A. Robinson, 30, of Beech Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Sept. 23, 2021, in Henniker.

Wayne Shambo, 50, of Route 4 in Canaan on a felony stalking charge. He was accused by police of violating a domestic violence order by contacting a woman through Facebook on Nov. 23, 2021, in Wilmot after previously being convicted of violation of a protective order in March 2019.
Jose Arroyo-Castillo, 35, of Granite Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 8, 2021, in Hooksett.

Daniel T. Bain, 36, of West High Street in Franklin on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused by police of driving on East Bow Street in Franklin on Feb. 5 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Kathy L. Canfield, 61, of Commerce Street in Hill on a single felony count of arson and four felony counts of arson with serious bodily injury. Jacob Cathcart, 21, of Route 129 in Loudon on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused by police of obtaining unauthorized control of tools owned by others on Dec. 5, 2021, in Loudon.
Samuel Chase, 23, of Pinewood Drive in Contoocook on a felony possession of a narcotic drug, cocaine and fentanyl mix, charge on Route 106 in Loudon on Nov. 8, 2021. According to the indictment, Chase has been previously convicted of drug possession in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Scott M. Donahue, 59, of Laurel Street in Concord on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charges. He was accused by police of attempting to induce a witness to assist in working on character witnesses to write to the judge saying “the answer is not to lock him up and throw away the key” or words to that effect on March 1, 2021, in Boscawen.
Kenneth C. England, 41, of Easton Road in Franconia on an operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Hooksett on Jan. 10 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Kimberly Farrell, 48, of Perimeter Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Nov. 16, 2020, in Hooksett.
Lindsey Flanders, 38, of Loudon or Pinewood Trail in Concord on a felony possession of a narcotic drug. She was accused by police of being in possession of fentanyl on Staniels Road in Loudon on Dec. 22, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on a narcotics possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court.
