Pittsfield Teen Arrested On Theft, Intoxication Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Maureen D. Marcoux, born 1956, of Bow was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on May 19, 2022, on two simple assault charges after an incident on Chesley Street.

Jeremiah Dunleavey, born 2004, of Pittsfield was cited at 2:31 p.m. on May 18 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident at the Shell station on Loudon Road that is opposite Walmart.

Danielle Ranee Donisi, born 1981, of Chichester was arrested at 9:18 a.m. on May 17 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges. She was arrested after an incident on South Main Street. Donisi is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on June 2.

Kevin Everett Linscott, 47, of Butternut, Wisconsin, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on May 16 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant. Also receiving a summons was Kurt O. Linscott, 52, of North Port, Florida, on a bench warrant. They were charged after an incident at 239 Pleasant St.

Jeffrey A. Thibault, born 1965, of Concord was arrest on a driving while intoxicated charge at 9:54 p.m. on May 13 after an incident at 46 Chenell Drive.

Roshan Darjee, born 2000, of Concord received a summons for a bench warrant at 4:30 a.m. on May 7 after an incident at 106 Loudon Road.

Frank Musa Seba, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on May 6 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Helmi M. Ryan, 49, of Concord was arrested at 12:08 p.m. on March 26 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges after an incident at Target on D’Amante Drive. She was arrested again at 12:29 a.m. on March 31 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Garvins Falls Road. Ryan is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on a dispositional conference on Thursday.

Damien Bruce Wells, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on March 26 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an incident on Rex Drive.

David M. Duclos, born 1974, of Pembroke was cited at 9:41 p.m. on March 25 on a warrant after an incident in a parking lot on Green Street.
