Nottingham Man Arrested On I-393 For DUI, Speeding: NHSP

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Joshua Hamlin, 27, of Brewster, MA, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2017, for DUI – second or third on the I-93 North off-ramp to I-89 in Concord.

Thomas Pickance Sr., 53, of Nottingham, as arrested 12:47 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2017, for aggravated DUI, DUI – second or third, DUI, driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, speeding – 26+ mph over the 55 limit, and open container. He was arrested in Concord on I-393 East at Exit 2. An East Falmouth, MA, was taken into protective custody by NHSP.

Daniel Laplante, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2017, for DUI. He was arrested on I-93 South in Bow.

Michael Krol, 54, of Billerica, MA, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2017, for DUI and OHRV; speeding – 21 to 30 mph over limit. He was arrested on I-93 South in Bow.

Dalton Drew, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2017, for DUI on Downing Street in Concord.

Joel Burgess, 53, of Wilmot, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Nov. 20, 2017, for aggravated DUI and DUI on I-93 South near Exit 17 in Concord.

Madison Poirier, 20, of Allenstown, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+, DUI, and unlawful possession/intoxication on I-93 North in Concord.

Yolonda Brown, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 5:30 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2017, on two counts of simple assault and conduct after an accident with property damage. She was arrested on Southwest Road in Canterbury.

Kevin Rojas Garcia, 19, of Manchester, was arrested on a bench warrant at 8 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2017, on I-93 North in Concord.

John Ferris, 61, of Andover, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2017, for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on I-93 North in Bow.

Kevin Shaw, 43, of Salisbury, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2017, for DUI. He was arrested on I-93 North near Exit 17 in Canterbury.

Girard Bell, 26, of Swanzey, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2017, for DUI, possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, speeding – 11 to 15 mph over 55 limit, and operating with an expired license on Winchester Street in Keene.

Michelle Avery, 53, of Marlborough, was arrested at 11:46 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2017, for DUI on Route 12 in Keene.

Meghan Prescott, 29, of Swanzey, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2017, for DUI and speeding – 16 to 20 mph over 55 limit on Route 32 in Swanzey.

Margaret Lougee, 47, of Keene, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2017, for DUI, speeding – 16 to 20 mph over 55 limit, resisting arrest or detention, and open container. She was arrested on Base Hill Road in Keene.

Suzanne Bixby, 57, of Steep Falls, ME, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2017, for DUI, possession of a controlled drug, and unofficial inspection/registration decal on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Danielle McHugh, 22, of Plymouth, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested on Slab City Road in Grafton.

Lindsay Pike, 31, of Laconia, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ on Union Avenue in Laconia.

Jacob Wheel, 23, of Elkton, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ and DUI on Route 10 North in Croydon.

Joseph Greene, 40, of Rindge, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2017, for controlled drug: other; sale on Michigan Road in Jaffrey.
