Mass. Teen Charged With Reckless Operation: NHSP

Plus, Raymond, Farmington, and Cranston, RI, residents arrested on DUI charges while a Maine man was arrested on a drug charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Eugenia Howard, 58, of Raymond, was arrested at 7:13 a.m. on Nov. 22, 2017, for aggravated DUI and DUI on Route 101 East in Hampton.

Patrick Hall, 40, of Salisbury, MA, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2017, for criminal trespass and harassment. He was arrested on Lamprey Road in Kensington.

Gabriel Velez Ramos, 40, of Somersworth, was arrested at noon on Nov. 21, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on Gosling Road in Portsmouth.

Alexander Whitney, 20, of York, ME, was arrested at 1235 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2017, on a bench warrant on I-95 North in Portsmouth.

Haley Morey, 23 of Cranston, RI, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2017, for DUI and open container on the Hampton side tolls in Hampton.

Mathew Pitman, 36, of Farmington, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2017, for DUI – 0.16+ on route 16 North in Rochester.

Brent Perry, 36 of Dover, MA, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2017, for habitual offender. He was arrested on Route 16 North in Dover.

Samuel Wang, 18, of Medfield, MA, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2017, for reckless operation on Route 16 South in Dover.
