Mass. Woman Arrested For DUI, Child Endangerment: NHSP

Plus, Amherst, Derry, Lawrence, MA, and Plaistow residents charged with DUI while Goffstown man charged with revocation.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Gabriela Chavushian, 38, of Belmont, MA, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2017, for aggravated DUI – passenger under 16 and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was arrested on I-293 North in Manchester.

Chelsea Gilmartin, 23, of Plaistow, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2017, for DUI. She was arrested on I-293 South in Manchester near Exit 5.

Roy Simpson, 56, of Amherst, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2017, for DUI on the Everett Turnpike North near Exit 11 in Merrimack.

Christian Browne, 31, of Goffstown, was arrested at 10:02 a.m. on Nov. 20, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 North in Londonderry.

James Nelson, 26 of Derry, was arrested at 1:02 a.m. on Nov. 20, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent. He was arrested on I-93 South in Manchester.

Jeremy Caban, 30, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 3:42 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2017, for DUI and misuse/failure to display plates on I-93 North in Salem.
