Overdose Leads To Stalking Charge For Hopkinton Man: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Miles A. Anderson, 33, of Concord was arrested at 5:37 a.m. on July 21, 2022, on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street from April 20. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Sept. 1.

Randall P. Francis, 43, of Bedford was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on July 19 on receiving stolen property-$1,501+, possession of meth, and receiving stolen property-two prior convictions charges, all felonies, as well as driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, disobeying an officer, transport drugs in motor vehicle charges, and misuse of plates, and tail lamp and reflectors violations. John Thomas Conkle, 46, of Concord was arrested at 9:28 a.m. on July 16 on a warrant after an incident on Sheep Davis Road.

Conor M. Cannon, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on July 14 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Theodore Aaron Belanger, born 1994, of Saugus, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. on July 13 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, obstructing report of crime-injury, and domestic violence-obstructing report of crime-injury charges after an incident on Dunklee Street.

Rozimari Rodrigues, born 1969, of Concord received a summons at 8:50 p.m. on July 11 on an operating without a valid license charge at 188 Loudon Road.

Christopher D. Parker, 39, of Carriage Lane in Hopkinton was arrested at 9:06 p.m. on June 28 on felony possession of a controlled drug, stalking, and breach of bail charges. Officers were sent to Storrs Street, under the Loudon Road bridge, for an overdose. When they arrived, they found a woman, known to police from prior contacts, on the ground with other people around her. One of those people, a woman, had a domestic violence protective order against Parker, who was also there, the affidavit stated. The woman was revived and rejected medical treatment. Officers, however, spoke with Parker and the woman and double-checked the protective order, which was active, according to dispatch. Parker was then arrested. During a search, he was accused of possessing a clear plastic bag with a tan-like powder consistent with fentanyl-heroin in his pocket, and a felony charge was added. Parker was held on preventive detention.

Jesica Polito, born 1989, of Gilmanton was arrested at 2:44 a.m. on June 23 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.

Danielle Kristen Abrams, born 1985, of Northfield was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on June 25 on criminal trespass, driving after revocation or suspension, misuse of plates, and suspension of vehicle registration charges. She was arrested after an incident on Larkspur Place.
