Concord Teens Arrested On Felony Burglary Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Theodore Aaron Belanger, born 1994, of Saugus, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2020, on driving while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and criminal mischief charges after an incident on Westbourne Road.

Frank Musa Seba, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 8:52 a.m. on Nov. 14 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on North State Street.

Danielle Ashley Lemay, 28, of Concord was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on Nov. 13 on a warrant after an incident at 15 Hall St. She was accused of failure to appear on a drug charge at Merrimack County Superior Court on Nov. 2.

Shannon Elizabeth Williamson, born 1976, of Loudon received a summons at 10 a.m. on Nov. 11 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Warren Street.

Cody Connell, 28, of Concord was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 10 on aggravated driving under the influence-collision with bodily injury, aggravated driving under the influence-passenger under 16, driving under the influence, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested on North State Street and is due in superior court on Jan. 21, 2021.

Leah Jameson, 22, of Concord was arrested at 12:06 p.m. on Nov. 8 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident on North Main Street. She is accused of failure to appear in superior court on drug charges.

Steve Cameron Lawson, born 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. on Nov. 7 on a felony burglary charge. Also charged with felony burglary was Aryn Leonard Morrison, 19, of Concord. They were arrested after an incident at Camp Spaulding on Bog Road. Morrison is due in superior court for arraignment on Jan. 15, 2021.

Amy B. Higgins, 42, of Loudon was arrested at 8:27 p.m. on Nov. 6 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, breach of bail, and false report to law enforcement charges as well as a warrant. She was arrested after an incident at Target on D'Amante Drive. Higgins is due back in superior court on Feb. 5, 2021.

Sklyar M. Bennett, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Nov. 5 on driving after revocation or suspension and criminal mischief charges after an incident on North State Street.
