Boscawen Man Faces Threat Charges After Storrs Street Incident: Concord Police Log
Homeless man, just out of jail, arrested on warrant, fentanyl possession; teen arrested in 2023 Hanover Street home invasion case; warrants.

CONCORD, NH — Adeline Latrishe Bynum, 36, of Concord was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on April 30, 2024, on driving under the influence and resisting arrest or detention charges. Also arrested was Xaviest Luis Rosario, born 2005, on a felony riot count and two simple assault charges. He was also cited for possession-user of tobacco products by a minor. Both Bynum and Rosario were arrested on Perley Street after police were sent to the Christ the King Parish food pantry for a report of a pistol-whipping incident. Antione Bluestone Rhau, 48, of Perley Street in Concord, was charged with reckless conduct-deadly weapon, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and second-degree assault-deadly weapon charges, all felonies, around 10 p.m. Rosario’s riot and assault charges stemmed from a prior incident or investigation at Concord High School.
Joshua S. Colby, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. on April 22 on a bench warrant and a felony drug possession charge. Also arrested was Adam Joseph Dolloff, 33, on a bench warrant and a drug possession charge. Officers were sent to the Uno Pizzeria at 15 Fort Eddy Roa dfor a complaint and encountered Colby, Dolloff, and a third person. A check found Colby had an active electronic bench warrant out of Laconia District Court, $100 cash bail, while Dolloff had two electronic bench warrants with $950 cash bail required. Colby, an officer wrote, said he had just been released from jail and did not know he had a warrant. He was accused of stating he did not have $100 and attempted to call a friend to come up with the money, a request which was unsuccessful. Colby was then arrested. During a search, an officer found a container in the pocket of a hoodie inside a backpack with a small plastic baggie inside with a white-brownish powdery substance believed to be fentanyl as well as drug paraphrenia, an affidavit stated. Dolloff was also accused of possessing drugs after he was arrested.
Charles H. Sargent, born 1960, of Northfield was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:20 p.m. on April 14 after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Vinod Reddy Sangani, born 2000, of Concord received a summons at 2:07 p.m. on April 11 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation at 322 N. State St.
Moses Giffard Carr, 18, of Concord was arrested at 9:38 a.m. on March 8 on burglary and riot charges, both felonies. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Hanover Street. Kayla Jae O’Leary, born 2002, of Concord was arrested on three bench warrants at 12:10 p.m. on April 6 after an incident or investigation on Broadway.
Tristan Alexander Anderson, born 2003, of Boscawen was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on March 20 on two criminal threatening charges after an incident or investigation on Storrs Street.
Karma Gonpo, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 6:36 p.m. on March 19 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on Winsor Avenue.
Travis Michael Bennett Lufkin, 23, of Concord received a summons at 6:50 p.m. on March 12 on a bench warrant. He was charged at police headquarters.
Shaun Danny McCall, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on March 8 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.
John M. Brown, born 1956, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:22 a.m. on March 8 after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.
