Penacook Man Arrested On Sexual Assault Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — John Paul Gagnon, 40, of Concord was arrested at 9:31 p.m. on July 20, 2022, on a bench warrant after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. He failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on July 7 for a hearing-motion to impose sentence on drug charges out of Concord from June 2020.

Ashton Everett Garland, 31, of Concord was arrested at 2 p.m. on July 18 on two receiving stolen property charges, less than $1,000, and a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at Jo Ann Fabrics on Storrs Street.

Gabriel O. Durkee, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on July 16 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on North Main Street.

Casey Paiva, 32, of Concord was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on July 14 on three stalking, three violation of protective order, and three breach of bail charges after an incident on Fairfield Drive.

Logan Storm Locke, 25, of Franklin was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on June 30 on felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon, reckless operation, disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as fail to drive on the right side of the road and unsafe lane change violations and a felony theft by deception charge due to two prior convictions. The driving charges were connected to an incident on Hoit Road.

David B. Walton, born 1978, of Scarborough, Maine, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on June 12 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 67 S. Main St.

Joshua Ryan Wilson, 19, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on June 7 on a bench warrant and a felony controlled drug charge. An officer saw Wilson on South State Street near Pleasant Street and, knowing him from previous contacts, ran a query on him and found a Merrimack County no bail warrant. The officer stopped and spoke with Wilson, checked on the warrant, found it was active, and arrested him. Inside his purse was a small clear baggie of a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine, the affidavit said. Wilson was taken to the Merrimack County Jail and held.

Aubrey Adair, born 1951, of Penacook was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on June 3 on sexual assault-fondling and simple assault charges. He was accused of unprivileged contact with a woman in Penacook while she was sleeping, according to a court document. Adair was arraigned in Concord District Court on July 25.
