Bow Man Faces Assault, Disorderly Conduct Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Dustin Lee Fleming, 36, of Nashua was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on June 1, 2022, on a conduct after an accident charge. He was arrested after an incident at 150 N. State St.

David Milne, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on May 30, 2022, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested at the Salisbury Green apartment complex on Loudon Road after an incident.

Nathaniel W. Webb, born 1991, of Bow was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on May 27 on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges after an incident at Home Depot on D’Amante Drive.

Steven P. Burns, 59, of Concord was cited at 9:30 p.m. on May 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge at 196 N. Main St.

Ashton Everett Garland, 31, of Concord was arrested at 4:23 p.m. on May 25 on a bench warrant after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Jose S. Harris, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on May 24 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Eddy Robert Joseph, born 1992, of Concord was cited on a driving after revocation or suspension charge at 2:18 p.m. on May 23 at 293 Pleasant Street.

Robert Peter Clifford, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on May 21 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Herbert Street.

Christopher Michael Mulleavey, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 9:44 p.m. on May 20 on driving under the influence and open container charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation after an incident on North State Street.

Derek John Sikora, 38, of Concord was arrested at 8 p.m. on May 18, 2022, on five warrants. He was arrested after an incident at the Loudon Road Restaurant on Loudon Road. Sikora has several active charges, including drug possession and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. The Merrimack County Superior Court requested a warrant arrest for Sikora based on a May 4 motion to revoke bail. A hearing was held on May 23, with a second one booked for June 20.

Jackie Marcell Roberts, 21, of Concord was arrested at 8 a.m. on May 18 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Brandon Scott Mancini, 31, of North Main Street in Concord, received a summons on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge at 9:15 p.m. on May 12. At around 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 5, officers were sent to 80 Storrs St. for a report of a man throwing things and punching the ground and cars. The officers met with the subject, Mancini, and spoke with him. They accused him of “acting restlessly, continuously swinging his arms, back and forth, and he spoke so rapidly to the point where I could not understand him at time.” The reporting officer suspected he was impaired by drugs, the report said. Dispatch reported Mancini was previously trespassed from Market Basket and he was arrested. During a search after his arrest, a drug kit was found containing a small plastic baggie and a small white chunk of substance in it, the report said. On April 13, the New Hampshire Forensic Laboratory stated the substance was fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl, an affidavit stated. On April 23, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
