Concord Man Arrested On Indecent Exposure, Lewdness Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Omar Hutchinson, 29, of Concord received a summons at 12:16 p.m. on June 10, 2022, on criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges. Donna Marie Gove, 46, of Concord was also cited on a disorderly conduct charge. They were charged after an incident at the former New Hampshire Department of Transportation building on Storrs Street.

Alexis N. Regan, 26, of Concord was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on June 10 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident at Break O’Day Drive.

Celia R. Pratt, 26, of Manchester was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on June 10 on a driving under an influence charge after an incident on South Spring Street.

Corey M. Hynes, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 7:48 p.m. on June 9 on indecent exposure or gross lewdness and public urination or defecation charges after an incident at the Everett Arena on Loudon Road.

Ashton Everett Garland, 31, of Concord was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on June 9 on a warrant after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Austin Paul Soucie, born 2001, of Penacook was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on June 8 on simple assault and a domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Summer Street.

Luis Ramos, born 1994, of Donna, Texas, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on June 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as an improper backing violation after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Elijah Gerald Chapman, born 2002, of Weare was cited at 4:52 p.m. on June 8 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Michael James Carr, 61, of Perimeter Road in Concord was arrested at 12:11 p.m. on June 8 on a negligent failure to comply-sex offender registry charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Carr was accused of aggravated felonious sexual assault and incest in Farmington in January 2011, after an incident in September 2003. He pleaded guilty to a sexual assault victim under 18 in October 2011 and a sexual assault victim under 13 charge in November 2011.
