Thief From Allenstown Now Faces Felony Forgery And New Theft Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Amanda A. Brady, born in 1988, of Concord, received a summons at 6:15 p.m. on May 24, 2026, on a warrant after an incident or investigation on South State Street.

Benjamin LaFleur, born in 2007, of Loudon, received a summons at 3:11 p.m. on May 24 on a generic city ordinance violation after an incident or investigation at the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Alexander W. Blodgett, born in 1986, of Concord, received a summons at 5:35 p.m. on May 23 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Joshua C. Casey, born in 1983, of Milford, Connecticut, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on May 22 on felony possession of a controlled drug, driving after revocation or suspension, and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges as well as a stop-stand-park prohibited violation after an incident or investigation at 142 N. Main St.

Alice V. Bane Conn, born in 1962, of Manhattan, Kansas, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on May 21 on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on West Street.

Jean B. Cyr, born in 1961, of Concord, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. on May 20 on two criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation on North Pembroke Road.

Jesse J. Deflorio, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 7:33 p.m. on May 13 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Keith Joseph Ritchie, born in 1993, of Hampton, received a summons at 5:43 p.m. on May 13 on a vehicle assault charge, as well as failing to yield at a stop or yield sign, and unsafe lane change violations. He was cited after an incident or investigation on South State Street.

Michael Robinson, born in 1990, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on May 13 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Shaun David White, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. on May 13 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Thorndike Street.

William Joseph Rosa, 55, of Adams Avenue in Allenstown, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on May 13 on felony forgery and theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident at Citizens Bank at 188 Loudon Road. According to court records, on Jan. 17, he obtained or exercised unauthorized control of a $1,000 money order belonging to an entity or person on Green Street. Previously, according to the court, Rosa was convicted of theft in January 2007 and October 2008 in the Manchester District Court. Rosa is due in Concord District Court on June 22.

Manuel Vazquez, born in 1953, of Concord, received a summons at 12:42 a.m. on May 13 on a camping restricted violation after an incident or investigation at the Storrs Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.
