CONCORD, NH — Shaun David White, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 5:06 a.m. on Jan. 16, 2026, on a stalking-domestic violence-subsequent charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Thorndike Street.

Jonathon H. Engelhardt, born in 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 7:03 p.m. on Jan. 15 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident at the Concord Coach Bus Depot at 30 Stickney Avenue.

Bruce Allaire, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 14 on an operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Ormond Street.

Alexander Clark Fitzroy, born in 2001, of Concord, received a summons on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St. at 12:15 a.m. on Jan. 13.
