Warner Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Mark S. Donovan, 65, of Oak Street in Franklin on a controlled drug act; possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute charge as well as three controlled drug act; possession of meth charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing meth in various places inside Oak Street in Franklin on Dec. 7, 2022.

Ariel C. Farley, 30, of Depot Street in Pittsfield on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 17, 2022, in Pittsfield.

Vanessa Gangel, 36, of Dicandra Drive in Bow on two felony criminal threatening charges. She was accused of waving a knife and threatening to throw it in the direction of two other people in Bow on Nov. 26, 2022.

Lorin Gerlack, 43, of Clark Street in Franklin on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and possession of meth with intent to sell charges, both felonies, in Bow on Nov. 4, 2021.

Nathan J. Gray, 35, of Deer Lane in Epsom on two reckless conduct, two criminal threatening, and two domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of throwing a knife twice at and in the area of an intimate partner on Dec. 1, 2022, in Epsom.

Clarisa Haas, 26, of Jordan Avenue in Berlin on two felony possession of a controlled drug, paraflourofentanyl and fentanyl mix and fentanyl and cocaine mix, charges, both felonies, on Nov. 11, 2022, in Bow.

Conor Hallenborg, 21, of Kearsarge Mountain Road in Warner on three felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and fondling a child under 13 on Nov. 24, 2022, and pattern-sexual assault of the child between March 18, 2020, and Nov. 23, 2022. All the incidents occurred in Warner, according to the indictment.

Brianne M. Hanright, 31, of Myrtle Street in Newport on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-a naloxone and buprenorphine mix charge on Nov. 8, 2022, in Boscawen.

Stacey Hayes, 49, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson on theft by deception, Medicaid Fraud-false claims, and Medicaid Fraud-false records charges, all felonies. She was accused of Medicaid fraud in Concord between Sept. 1, 2020, and Sept. 20, 2021.

Nicole C. Hebert, 32, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony possession of meth charge on Nov. 24, 2022, in Bow.

Telly R. Hillsgrove, 47, of Mavis Avenue in Rochester on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing a gun at two people on Dec. 25, 2022, in Epsom.
