Newport Woman Indicted On 3 Aggravated DWI Charges After Fiery 2022 Andover Crash: Court

Plus: Concord felon indicted on machete possession charge; NY woman accused of credit card fraud; drug indictments in Merrimack County.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Dylan Abriel, 21, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on felony count of possession of methamphetamine on Dec. 20, 2023, in Hooksett.

James M. Albert, 40, of Sullivan Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Home Depot in Hooksett on Aug. 6, 2023, after previously being convicted on theft charges twice before.

Timothy M. Barton, 29, of Old Shaker Road in Loudon on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on Dec. 20, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Justin Bennett, 40, of River Road in Allenstown on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Nov. 14, 2023, in Epsom.

Vinikay Branford, 29, of Jefferson Avenue in Rockville Center, New York, on credit card fraud, accomplice to credit card fraud, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, conspiracy to commit credit card fraud, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. She was accused of using one or more cellphones containing fraudulent information to purchase gift cards and merchandise at Walgreens and-or CVS in Concord on Nov. 15, 2023. She was also accused of attempting to lock her cellphone and keep it from police after a search warrant was implemented. The indictment stated Branford also worked with Tyler Davis or Elijah Eugene as part of the incidents at stores in Concord.

David Browall, 24, of Pleasant Street in Concord on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge-a machete on Nov. 4, 2023, in Concord. He’s a felon due to pleading guilty to dissemination of private sexual images charges out of Chichester in June 2018.

Tabitha Maguire, 48, of Indigo Hill Road in Somersworth on Medicaid fraud-false claims, Medicaid fraud-false records, and theft by deception charges, all felonies. She was accused of filing false documents between July 1, 2022, and July 31, 2023, in Concord.

Stacey J. McCormack, 45, of 4th Range Road in Pembroke on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 7, 2023, in Concord.

Christina McIntyre, 34, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony possession of a narcotic substance-subsequent offense-fentanyl charge on Sept. 10, 2023, in Concord. She was previously convicted in Strafford County Superior Court in February 2023.

Tyler Moses, 31, of Clough Road in Hill on a felony possession of alprazolam charge on April 26, 2023, in Hill.

Michael J. Norton, 57, of Fuller Lane in Epping on possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl, and possession of para-fluorofentanyl, fentanyl, and cocaine mix charges, all felonies, in Concord on Oct. 11, 2023.

Lindsay R. Orton, 28, of Oak Street in Newport on three felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charges. She was accused of driving a 2019 Hyundai Accent on Route 11 in Andover on Oct. 12, 2022, and causing a collision that resulted in bodily injury to herself and two other people.
