Officers identified the man as Healey, and took him in to protective custody due to his alleged “current state” of intoxication. “What am I getting arrested for?,” Healey allegedly asked. Officers reportedly told him he was going to be taken to Concord Hospital and allegedly began screaming at the officers. Once at the hospital, Healey reportedly “continued to be loud and disruptive” and was asked to stop but refused. At one point, he allegedly got up to confront one of the officers, yelled, and punched a metal tray. The argument escalated and she allegedly began hitting the man in the chest. Later, she reportedly went to grab their infant son to feed him but he picked up the boy instead, according to the report, stating she was too intoxicated. “He said McIntyre then began hitting him again, at which time he leaned over their infant to prevent her from hitting him, causing McIntyre to hit several more times on the back of the head and shoulders,” the officer reported. He went to take the child out to go to the store to buy formula and while he was packing up, she allegedly “began trashing the place,” he stated. The officer noted numerous items on the floor, which appeared to have been thrown around. McIntyre, however, reportedly denied anything other than arguing happened. After speaking with both of them again about the timeline of events, McIntyre was arrested.
