Woman Indicted For Negligent Homicide In Motorcycle Crash Case

Plus, Concord woman indicted for throwing mug at TV, alleged Statehouse burglary indicted, and man indicted for insurance fraud.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Laurie Patrick, 41, of Washington Street in Concord, for felony criminal mischief. On Sept. 3, 2017, she allegedly threw a mug at a 72-inch LG television belonging to a Concord man.

Melissa Perkins, 36, of Gebig Road in Nottingham, for felony negligent homicide. On July 16, 2017, she allegedly “failed to pay due attention” and struck Calvin Lancey, who was driving his motorcycle in the opposite direction, on Route 4 in Epsom. Lancey later passed away due to the injury.

Nicole Perry, 22, pictured right, of Milton, incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for conspiracy to commit the crime of delivery of articles to prisoners. Between Oct. 1, and Oct. 25, 2017, she allegedly agreed with Samarah Thurston, Jamie Birmingham, Christopher Akerman, and/or others unknown to have drugs dropped off at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center and have them brought into the prison via Birmingham’s vagina.

Jay Collin Pike, 48, of South Street in Concord, for habitual offender and possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, both felonies, allegedly on Route 202/9 in Hopkinton on Sept. 11, 2017.

James Polito, 26, with a last known address of Province Road in Gilmanton, for burglary and criminal mischief, both felonies, allegedly at the Statehouse on North Main Street in Concord on July 16, 2017.

Brandon Record, 27, of Highridge Trail in Concord, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Suboxone allegedly on Nov. 1, 2017, in Concord.

Robert Ross, 35, of Fisherville Road in Concord, for felony insurance fraud. On Dec. 9, 2016, he allegedly defrauded or deceived Progressive Northern Insurance Company by offering an oral statement that contained false or misleading information – the date that his vehicle was damaged – after he purchased insurance.
