NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Oscar A. Arce-Runza, 34, of 71st Street in Guttenberg, New Jersey, on a felony count of accomplice to robbery. He was accused of following a victim through the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua to a parking lot where he knew another person was waiting with a deadly weapon to rob the victim on Sept. 30, 2022.
Chad Silver, 43, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, on criminal solicitation to tampering with witnesses and informants and two tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of attempting to get another person to not show up to a court hearing on Oct. 26, 2025, in Nashua. Silver also tried to get a second person to get the first person not to show up at court on Oct. 30, 2025, according to an indictment. On Dec. 6, 2025, he was accused of attempting to get the first person to not show up, saying, "So long as you don't got to court, I don't give a f--- about anything else," or words to that effect in Nashua.
Amilcar Solis, 50, of Ledge Street in Nashua, on a felony count of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of attempting to rape a woman while she was physically helpless to resist on Nov. 20, 2025, in Nashua. Amanda Sordiff, 46, of Highland Street in Hudson, on a felony count of possession of crack cocaine on March 5 in Nashua.
Kevin Sousa, 37, of Riverside Drive in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony count of second-degree assault. He was accused of strangling another person on Aug. 25, 2021, in Pelham.

Christopher Jovan Spencer, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on April 2 in Nashua.
Naomi Sutherland, 37, of South Beech Street in Manchester, on a felony count of motor vehicles; penalties. She was accused of driving on Alpha Street in Hudson on July 11, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Victoria Tisbert, 57, of Greenmount Avenue in Dracut, MA, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methadone, crack cocaine, and lorazepam on Jan. 4 in Hudson.
Michael Turgeon, 52, of Stevens Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 in cash and renovation materials from a person in Hudson between March 13, 2022, and June 20, 2022.
Stanley Urbanowicz, 39, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of duty to report. He was accused of failing to register a cellphone number on Jan. 7, 2025, and residence with Nashua police on April 18, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, Urbanowicz was convicted of duty to report in Hills South in January 2016. He is a sex offender, according to the state of New Hampshire, due to an indecent exposure and lewdness conviction in November 2004.
