Amherst Man Indicted On Shooting Charges In Nashua: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Anthony Comire, 35, of Valhalla Drive in Milford on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused raping a woman between Aug. 1 and Aug. 31, 2020, in Milford.

Elias Dawley, 28, of Colonial Drive in Greenfield on five possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute charges. He was accused of possessing buprenorphine, psilocybin, LSD, fentanyl, and methamphetamine with intent to distribute on Feb. 23 in Nashua.

Calvin Degreenia, 36, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing property of value from several different people and businesses between June 6 and July 6 in Hollis and Nashua.

Alexander Del More, 35, with a last known address of Meredith Drive in Nashua, on two felony duty to report charges. He was accused of failing to report to Nashua police on April 3 and failed to inform them of a new residency on April 19.

Alejandro De La Torre Cabral, 22, of Ponemah Road in Amherst on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing shots from a gun in the backyard of a home while people were nearby and in danger in Nashua on July 3. Richard Deramo, 59, of Cypress Lane in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges. He was accused of possessing the drug and intending to distribute it in Nashua on July 26.

Christopher Diamond, 40, of Moose Point Road in Dunbarton on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 9 in Nashua.

Josue Dominguez, 32, of Crown Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner’s neck on Sept. 12 in Nashua. Read more about this case here: 32-Year-Old Man Charged With Assault, Domestic Violence In Nashua

Brandon Dube, 39, of Ledge Street in Nashua on three felony criminal mischief charges. He was accused of tagging multiple mailboxes, street signs and light fixtures, and fire alarm boxes with graffiti between April 29 and June 4 in Nashua.

Steve Ducharme, 49, of Truell Road in Hollis on two felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charges. He was accused of sharing images of a woman’s private parts to harass her on May 24 in Hollis.

James Dwinnell, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on June 11, 2021, in Nashua.
