Nashua Teen Accused Of Threatening To Slash Family Member’s Throat: Superior Court Roundup

Hudson man faces 4 child sexual assault counts; 3rd NYC resident indicted on Litchfield burglary charge; man accused of dealing fentanyl.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently by a Hillsborough County Superior Court South grand jury.

Nedia Guerero, 52, of New York City, New York, on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of possessing a screwdriver when arrested and acting in concert with Robinson Costana Chica and Jairo Medina to burglarize a home on Brenton Street in Litchfield.

Brian House, 52, Madison Drive in Hudson on aggravated felonious sexual assault and three felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling a girl between Dec. 26, 2012, and Dec. 26, 2017, in Hudson, and Dec. 26, 2014, and Dec. 26, 2018, in Hudson.

Robert Kaley, 19, of no fixed address in Nashua on domestic violence and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of holding a knife to a family member’s throat and saying, “I’m going to cut your f------ throat” in Nashua on July 6.

Elizabeth Katsohis, 25, of Ponderosa Drive in Hudson on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug in Nashua on May 29 and flushing a baggie down a drain.

Ryan Latsiou, 26, of Union Street in Manchester on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of cashing a fraudulent check at St. Mary’s Bank in Nashua on Oct. 13, 2022.

James MacKerchar, 49, of Temple Street in Nashua on four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine mix and fentanyl. He was accused of selling the drugs to an agency of Nashua police on April 10, April 13, May 11, and May 16.

Collin McCray, 21, of Forge Drive in Nashua on a felony certain uses of computer services prohibited charge. He was accused of attempting to solicit sex from a 14-year-old on Facebook Messenger on Aug. 20, 2022, in Nashua.

Marc Montplaisir, 36, of Valley Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control over a 2016 BMW, owned by Toyota of Nashua, between May 1 and July 5 in Nashua.

Edward Morante, 25, of Chandler Street in Nashua on two felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 13 and May 25, 2022, in Nashua.
