Seacoast Sobriety Checkpoint Nets Three
NHSP, local police arrest residents from Dover, Chelsea, MA; three taken into protective custody.

PORTSMOUTH, NH – Portsmouth Police along with New Hampshire State Troopers held a sobriety checkpoint last night through this morning on the Spaulding Turnpike.
Arrested were:
- Christopher Ralph, 26, of Dover, for DWI.
- Lauren Powers, 24, of Chelsea, MA, for DWI, open container, and operating without a valid license.
- Seth Ulinsky, 40, of Dover, for DWI.

“A total of 436 vehicles were stopped and screened,” according to Lt. Christopher Vetter of the NHSP, adding that the three were due to be arraigned in Portsmouth District Court on July 11.

Three other people – two from Massachusetts and one from Michigan – were also taken in to protective custody, according to state police.
